Welcome to a piece of

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD and spread over two floors, The Irish Times Pub offers a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The ambience – genuine Irish style wrap-around bars, traditional dark wood interiors, cosy fireplaces, beautiful stained glass windows and rugby memorabilia’s, is reminiscent of classic pubs in Ireland.

A great place for a pint of Guinness, The Irish Time Pub has a variety of authentic Irish and Aussie pub food to relish – Steak, Stew, Beef & Guinness Pie, Parma, Seafood, Burger, Ribs etc. Our drinks menu offers an extensive range of beers on tap including Kilkenny, Stella and Heineken along with an array of spirits and quality wines.

A stone’s throw from the trendy bars and clubs of Bank Place, it’s an ideal place to enjoy a few quiet drinks or a big session with mates over live music or sports on the big screen.

The Swine may be a dirty filthy pig of a man but he knows a great pub when he sees one. The Irish Times is the Swine’s fave pub of any pub in the CBD. As you’d expect there are a ton of drink options (hic!). The Swine endorses that the stout on tap here is as good as you’ll get – Nice and thick and soooooo tasty!! Good enough to eat!!! Meals are also recommended, be it the classic parma, burger options or fish n chips. The Swine loves this place – loads of character and fabbo staff – SWINE APPROVED!

Was my backyard CBD drinks place for years when I lived in the CBD and always good to return. This has got to be the best place for quiet after work drinks. Sensational pub meals and very friendly staff.

Friendly service and we were glad to see our table set up and ready to go after only making a booking one hour prior. It was a little busy but the food still came pretty quickly. Garlic bread was freshly baked and tasty, loaded potato skins were marvelous and for mains we had the hearty stew and burger which we also enjoyed. Thumbs up to this place 🙂

Kept popping in for a Guinness. Massively popular on St Patrick’s day. Queues down the street to get in to enjoy live music. On a quitter day enjoyed a cracking beef and Guinness pie – with my Guinness! Great place.
